Well actually, its more like a consultation on your health and fitness goals and here is what to expect when one of our trainers comes to visit you:

Help with effective goal setting
Discuss the right program for you to reach that goal
Conduct a body composition analisys (Weight, girth measurements & Body Mass Index) 
Learn about the right nutrition plan for you
Learn why so many people try getting fit and fail, and how to avoid their mistakes!
Do some exercise and bust a sweat!

If you have just purchased, or are about to purchase a piece of home exercise equipment then we would love to show you the best and most efficient way to use it, based on what your goals are!
OR If your home exercise equipment is gathering dust in the corner, or currently being used as a clothes airing device, then wipe it all away and give us a call. Don't be another statistic for failure!

If you are not sure which plan below is the right one for you, please give us a call to discuss your goals. All of our phone operators are qualified in exercise prescription, so we can give you a realistic timeline required to achieve your goals. Here are some points to consider when selecting the right plan for you:

What EXACTLY is your goal?
How important is your goal?
When do you need results by?
Have you tried before to achieve this goal?
Current lifestyle and self-started activity levels?

Then from there, it's this simple:

You can do 2 or 3 personal training session per week

These can be either 30 or 45 minutes in duration

If you are lucky and happen to be in the right suburb you may also be able to join in with some of our cardio group sessions as well!

 

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Prices become lower per person if there are 2 or 3 people training, so why not grab a friend or family member and ask them to join you as you improve your health and fitness! Training as partners or in groups of 3 can often add a little extra motivation and energy right when you need it most!

GIFT VOUCHERS
